For new or experienced players. Basics and fundamentals of hitting, dribbling, shooting, as well as scrimmages. Please bring a mouthguard, waterbottle, stick, and shinguards (field hockey or soccer shinguards). If you will need use of a field hockey stick, please contact foresthillsfieldhockey@gmail.com
